My role is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are and begin to feel grounded, clear, and capable. I combine evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method for couples, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you understand what’s getting in the way and develop practical tools that actually work in daily life.

Clients describe me as warm, steady, and practical. Together, we focus on helping you gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and feel more confident navigating stress, emotions, relationships, and life transitions.

I work with adults and couples facing depression, anxiety, chronic stress, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and major life transitions.

I currently have openings and offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can see if we’re a good fit before starting therapy.
